Cheers to Intention

Hello and welcome to WunderHaven Photography :) I'm Jenni Broadwell (soon to go back to Wunderlich and never change my name again), and I'm excited to share this experience. I've experienced life through photos forever and love how a picture connects us to a space, memory, experience. I've been many things in my life: mom, sister, daughter, nurse, dog mother, friend, adventurer and throughout all photography has been interwoven connecting me to family, friends, places. I've also lived somewhat of a gypsy life and moved a TON. I have experience selling my own home and frustrations with how the photos represent my space in real estate listings. My goal with all of this is to evolve however that may be and to capture some unique pictures of spaces and places.

It's also a part of me exploring "Jenni as an empty nester". It's so crazy to go from a focus on my awesome human to having so much space. Through the past 2 years and the start of my daughter's college, I've been digging deeper into what gives me energy and what I'm grateful for as well as goals. This is big for me as I'm a don't plan it just see what happens kind of person in my personal life. Life as a hospice and ER nurse, I'm big on organization and time management but in my not work life, lists hurt my soul (that's a little dramatic :) In this exploration, I'm realizing that I need to put it out there, risk, plan and basically spell out my dreams, intentions, all of that. So I'm switching from letting life happen to how do I want my life to happen-it's a little scary and kind of freeing at the same time.

I'm thinking this blog space will be more for my stream of thought, Jenni space. So cheers to dreams, intention, life, adventure, dogs and family!!
